Directly from the homepage you can decide whether to search for a visit based on a specific wine denomination or on a specific day or on number of people with whom you intend to visit or search for bookable tours in a specific region.
How can I find tours available on a specific date?
Simply specify the date on the homepage before starting the search. In this way you will see in the results only what is available on the date of your interest.
Can I book a tour for the same day?
It depends on the availability of the wineries. Enter the date you would like to visit on the homepage and only the available tours will be shown.
Can I look for a winery located in a specific area?
Sure. On the homepage you can select, in the search field, the region you are interested in.
How can I see the location of a winery?
Directly from the winery page you will find all the indications and a handy map to calculate the route.
How can I look for a winery with a specific service (e.g. bus parking, wi-fi or wine purchase possibilities)?
Once the search has begun, you will see a list of available wineries. On this page, find the list of filters on the left and select the specific services to tighten the search.
Can I only look for wineries equipped to accommodate disabled visitors?
Sure. Once the search has begun, you will see a list of available wineries. You can limit the search to the wineries with access for disabled people by checking the box in the search filter on the left of the page.
How can I book a tour?
Once you find the tour of your interest, click on "find out more" and you can proceed with the reservation. You can complete the reservation immediately, if you are already registered, otherwise you will have to fill in the registration data. Once the booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
How many bookings can I make?
There is no limit.
Can I book for third parties?
Yes, whoever will come to visit will have a copy of your identity document and a proxy. Finally, who will make the visit will have to pay 80% of the total cost of the tour.
Can I book for a group?
Of course, just enter the number of people who would like to visit and see the availability of the winery.
How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?
At the end of the booking process a confirmation page will appear and you will also receive a confirmation e-mail. Also, from your personal page, you can always see all your upcoming bookings.
Can I change my reservation?
To change your booking, you must cancel it and proceed with a new booking. By cancelling the visit, you will be kept a sum equal to 20% of the total amount.

Yes. Proceeding with the booking, before the payment, the price "VAT included" will be calculated, taking into account if the person who is booking is a private individual or a freelancer or a company and the country in which he / she is a resident.

Yes. Proceeding with the reservation, before making the payment, the total price is shown in case you are booking for more than one person.
When do I pay the visit?
When booking, you will be asked to enter your credit card or PayPal details. You will be charged 20% of the total cost and you will have to pay the remaining 80% directly in the winery. Discover on the page of the winery if they accept payments in cash and / or by debit / credit card.
How can I pay for the tour?

How can I use a promotional code?
