The favorable environment, characterized by tufaceous soils and thermal shock in the harvesting period, allows the production of Sangiovese grapes with optimal levels of maturity.
Aging in the cave allows a constant temperature in every season.
All the wines we produce are organic.
In addition to wine, we also produce extra virgin olive oil, using the method of cold pressing in stone mills, honey and jams. Everything organic.
