Zonin1821 is the name of an important winery that has as its protagonist a family that for seven generations binds its name to the passion for the land, for the vineyard.
"Vine growers since 1821", its history begins in Gambellara, a town surrounded by hills covered with vineyards near Vicenza, where wine was already cultivated by the Romans and appreciated since the times of the Doges of Venice.
Zonin1821, with 2000 hectares of vineyards in the Italian regions most evoked for viticulture, produces the local wines of the area: Gambellara DOC and classic, Recioto Spumante and Passito di Gambellara DOCG, Prosecco DOC.
It will be possible to visit the winery and the museum, where the wines are refined and bottled and come into contact with the rituals of the wine world. The visit includes a journey through barrels and barriques, to understand the techniques and secrets of wine refinement, as well as the methods of drying the grapes and vinification of the rare and traditional Recioto Spumante and Passito di Gambellara, two jewels of the Zonin Family.
